标题[问题] 讲师证翻译公证

请教各位前辈:
小弟最近要去应徵外商顾问公司, 我的讲师证要翻译成英文并拿去法院公证...
这些事应该我自己翻译, 自己拿去公证就行了吧?? 公证有一定要特定的人员才行?
还是说任何公民都OK??
是不有人做过类似的的事情??
小弟自己找资料翻译的结果如下...有人愿意在此给我一点意见吗? 感激不尽...
