The research is funded by the Flagship Research Project between the Masdar Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The successful candidate will work at Masdar Institute and collaborate with MIT professors. This position will provide an interdisciplinary research opportunity in the field of solar energy systems. The position offers a competitive package including tax-free salary US$70K-73K/year, plus health insurance and relocation allowance, etc. Qualification: Candidates should hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Successful applicants should have strong research capabilities in power electronics and relevant control engineering. Candidates experienced in thermal management of electronics are also encouraged to apply. This position will be for an initial duration of one year with possible extension to two years.
