标题[请益] 请问有没有人收过这种信？

我的博士论文写完之後没多久，就收到一个国外出版单位寄信来，
问我是否愿意将论文交给他们出版。
但我觉得自己的论文是全中文，对外国人来说应该没有出版的必要性，
所以觉得这个出版单位有点怪怪的。
第一次我不理他，一个月後又重寄了一封信来，只好上板来问问看。
想请问版上各位大德，是否有人也收过类似的邀请信，且怎麽看待的呢?
以下是信的内容：
