标题[请益] 关於离散数学期刊投稿之问题

各位先进大家好
小弟最近有一些研究成果，
是运用二元树(binary code tree)来证明两演算法间的代数关系。
因此想请益大家相关期刊的风评，
请各位先进提供意见，谢谢。
