标题[请益] 申请国外博士後 商学院

我在国内某国立大学已经取得博士班毕业资格, 目前人在服役,
再三个多月就可以退伍. 复学办口试毕业. 我想要申请 澳洲某间学校之商学院的博士後.但是,
然而,对国外博士後之申请, 相关要求, 条件. 不是很熟悉.想请问板上各位大大们.
例如:
1.
The ability to collaborate and work in a multi-cultural environment
and being a part of a team.
2.
Sound knowledge of health and safety, equal opportunity and equity
principles with a demonstrated ability to implement such principles
at an operational level.
关於1, 2, 点, 大概要提除如何的佐证资料?
3.
Applicants are required to notify the University of any immigration
restrictions that may preclude them from fulfilling the terms of any
contract of employment offered at the University.
此外,
需要在哪方面更需要着墨, 以便增加自己面试, 录取的机会?
发表能力? 研究计画? 语言表达与撰写能力?
