又上来请教大家，目前信已寄出（寄到APL的信箱），很快的收到APL的
回覆信件，但还是有些疑问要来请教各位有经验的先进，我先把信贴出：
You have the opportunity to submit a Revised Manuscript
and/or a Rebuttal Letter, but this must be done through
the online system, NOT by e-mail. If you wish to make
any changes to your manuscript, please do so now before
resubmitting. Please return to your APL Homepage and
Upload/Replace/Add your files there. Please make sure
that your Response Letter File is Separate from the Cover
Letter File to us.
Cover Letter File = Only seen by Editor/Staff
(Confidential material for the Editor, that the reviewer
should not see, should be in this file.)
Response Letter File = Seen by All
(Noted Revisions & Replies to Reviewers should be in this file.)

他是说我可以在上传一次修正过後的手稿吗？但我是要rebuttal所以应该不用再修正
手稿（用原本的就好了），还是说我可以单单只上传要给编辑与审稿人的rebuttal
letter？然後他说可以用两种信来表示，那是要用Cover Letter File还是
Response Letter File的方式？
信中写得很清楚，但是毕竟没遇过，所以来问有经验的大家都是如何回覆，谢谢。

1F：→ hoch:要不要修改是随你的意啊。如果要改，请你改完再上传。 09/07 09:10
