有关时间控制：
Session 开始前，先把所有要讲的人都找好，请大家把电脑接线都测试过，
以免到时浪费宝贵时间来修电脑、改设定。同时也再次确认时间限制，例如
讲 15 分钟然後提问 5 分钟等。
最好准备几张写了「5」、「3」、「1」、「stop」等大字的纸，时间快到时
用来从台下提醒讲者。
: Even though the time is running out, I think we can have just a few questions.
要是我 chair 的话，如果某人自己讲太久，把提问的时间都花掉了，
那麽我会比较严，直接说 We have time for one quick question
或甚至 I'm afraid that we are out of time, so we need to
move to the next speaker.
: [No Q]: I am sure this means how clear Dr. Chessa’s presentation was.
这话我听起来有点酸。还是自己提个问题吧。
