Your Healing - Tape Machines 本套前几次感想: 这套开始开放没有舞台但有镜子的场地可以老师跟学员同侧 有舞台(例如WG有氧教室)的还是以面对学员为主 上半Block- We face the Mirrors Now 单抬膝旋转再次出现(近期用最多的应该是92下半) 这动作主要会以大腿内侧跟腹部核心收紧有关 另外就是 BlackPink in Ur Area~ (这次G做的Let you go好好听) Recovery接下半Block-Lasers, Lasers, everywhere很顺 这次的手肘单边後拉+身体旋转还蛮多的 然後需要注意的是踢脚+双脚交叉旋转的步伐 是说雷射枪之前也出现在Dance 03 Kammy(like i do) 是出现在104 Dance07 基础律动的培养似乎有更强一些 不会很难 不过可以好好培养一下胸部跟骨盆附近的肌肉使用 还有一些经典老歌(嘻哈教母/取样Perfect) 是说跟Jam这次还蛮喜欢用lean Beck的律动 WG 3/11(一)开始新一季度 欢迎来上新一季的Jam跟Dance! 另外2025 Les Mills Live 拍摄场在阿姆斯特丹(荷兰) 另外公布四场是涩谷(日本)/北京/斯德哥尔摩(瑞典)/巴赛隆纳(西班牙) 有兴趣的可以搜寻Les Mills Live 2025看看 --
