标题T4到期 但是租约还有四个月

这边有个问题想问一下有相关经验的人士帮助。
我所持的T4学生签证到期日为5月18号，但是我所住的房子签的合约是12个月，房租每个
月缴交，并且是到9月21，合约内表明：
8. Notice to leave
Under the terms of the tenancy agreement, two months notice is required by eit
her party to terminate the Agreement. This notice must be in writing and is ef
fective from the tenancy date. If you wish to end your tenancy at the end of t
he initial fixed term e.g. 6 or 12 months, two months written notice must be g
iven before end of the fixed term i.e. at month 4. After expiry of the fixed t
erm, the same terms and conditions in the agreement apply.
和房东当面沟通过，他表示这句话的意思是该合约必须走完（和我当时签约的理解不同）
，想请问若是我已无资格待在英国，我是得按月照付房租，或是有其他机构可以进行协助
？有任何方式我都可以去询问，感谢平台。
