标题[问题] pay as you go 转 monthly contract

请问如果在台湾先买好sim卡
(Three电信的 Pay As You Go - All in One ￡20.)
之後到英国後可以将该sim卡换成contract SIM plan吗?
假设买到sim卡的话，有办法在台湾就知道手机的电话号码吗?
