照理来说全职学生身份不须缴纳council tax，但是如果你在还没毕业的情况下，中间的暑
假期间还需要缴纳council tax吗？
假设你预计2017年6月毕业（学生签证也是到这时候），但是2016的暑假不打算回台湾，打
算继续留在英国，暑假这段时间需要缴税吗？
