标题[问题] BRP是否该再开课前拿到

如题，我已经办好了签证，可是护照上只写7/14-8/30入境
我有说我29的飞机，也确实30号就会入境
由於今年又多了BRP的规则，所以代办担心我是否在8/30入境
之後的开课前(8/31)就得先到邮局先拿BRP才能开始上课？！
(这样我应该会来不及....更不知道邮局有无六日开）
我对於这个的猜测是可以先上课再拿BRP就好....
不知道有没有已经开始拿BRP的版友是已经先开课才拿BRP的呢？
p.s 马尼拉来的文件有说8/7可以去邮局取件了....不过我人还在台湾...
所以如果真的要BRP才能开课的话.....
那我只能把我好不容易抢到的便宜机票取消了....还要赔一笔手续费orz
