标题[问题] 关於con. offer 里IELTS的要求

Manchester 给我的IETLS成绩要求如下
想请教先进们他写R+L 6, W+S 6.5 是指各自两科成绩的平均吗? 还是指R和L都要6，
W和S都要6.5?
The conditions of this offer are:
Subject to meeting minimum English language requirements (IELTS:Overall 7.0,
Reading+Listening 6.0, Writing+Speaking 6.5. IBTOEFL:Overall 100, Reading+Listening 21,
Writing+Speaking 22.
PTE:Overall 66-73, Writing+Speaking 59-65, Reading+Listening 51-58)
- OR - Subject to taking a 10-week pre-sessional English language course at
the University of
Manchester Language Centre
