标题[问题] pre课程结束到CAS核发需多久?

想请教大家
1. 我的pre-session 9/4课程结束, 9/14Induction week, 9/18开学
学校不建议我用免签或short-tirm study visa,相当冒险 怕回台办签证赶不上开学日
还说 you could be prevented from starting the course if you arrive too late.
请问这意思是..无法加入课堂上课吗..是否严重呢? 我原本想说牺牲一下就算了..
Induction week结束,一开学就直接进入繁重的课程吗
我原本是从9/4算返台+签证需要的时间,也许赶上开学日的机会应该蛮大的
但好像忽略了CAS核发的时间,想请问大家大约多久呢
要订来回机票的话是不是也很难确定回程日期了?
2. 另外学校说 If you apply for a visa waiver you are still going to be granted
a stamp as a short-term study visitor, it's just that you are applying for
this visa category in a different way.
想要确认一下,若我持免签,出发前应该不用跑什麽签证流程吧?
他说的那个章是在入境时才盖的吗? 有什麽跟观光免签不一样需要特别注意的吗
