各位好
最近有跟Heriot-Watt的指导教授联络上
结果刚把research proposal寄给她，她就直接要我开始申请的程序
Thanks for your email.
Your proposal does need some work but at this stage I think we should
initiate the formal process.
You should submit your application and upload your degree transcripts, proof
of English Language ability, references and passport. Your research proposal
should include working with me as his supervisor
Here's the link to the "How to Apply" web page:

You would need to be able to pay your fees, your living expenses and bench
fees. Bench fees would be be no more than ￡1000 per year maybe less in the
first and third year. If your application goes through I will get the exact
figure for these for you.

因为大学GPA很差，怕被reject，所以想问一下各位先进，这样还会被reject吗？
通常说是有老师愿意当你的supervisor就比较不会被reject了。
另外摸不着头绪的是bench fees，是指要付给老板的指导费吗？
