起租时间：2014.11.23
房间描述：公寓雅房 (flat of 3 bedrooms),共用厕所及浴室；
含家具（床架、床垫、床头柜、壁橱、书架）
公寓描述：有客厅、阳台及开放式厨房；
厨房器具完备（有电锅、烤箱、冰箱、洗衣机、橱柜）
租金：900镑/月（含电视费，水电，网路费）但需和另两位室友分摊council tax
交通:
地铁:步行2分钟内到Crossharbour Station(DLR)
步行10分钟到Canary Wharf Station(Jubilee Line)
公车：步行1分钟内到D3, D6, D8, 135, 277, N550公车站牌
生活机能（步行5～10分钟）：
超市（Tesco, ASDA and Waitrose and etc）、餐厅、健身房、商店
