(顺便问一下有没有今年要去Manchester念Finance的同学~~ 可以先站内信认识一下^_^) --- University of Manchester ID XXXXXXX Programme: MSc Finance Dear XXX You may have seen that the British Council recently announced that ETS, the providers of the TOEFL English Language test have withdrawn from the UK Border Agencies list of recognised Secure English Language Test providers. The University of Manchester, along with other UK Universities have been in talks with the UK Border Agency to find out how this will affect students planning to apply for a Student Tier 4 Visa this summer. The University has today received confirmation that students with a TOEFL test dated 17th April 2014 or earlier can proceed to apply for a Tier 4 Visa using the TOEFL Test score. This means that the University will be able to provide you with a Certificate of Acceptance to study with us. You will be able to submit your current TOEFL Score Report in support of your visa application. We will be contacting you in the coming weeks to start the CAS process and provide you with the necessary information for your visa application.
