在我寄信给学校问每个人不是回我校内还适用就是叫我去问别人後
总算得到一封有用资讯了,分享给大家:
Dear Gold City Five, thank you for your message
This change was only announced on 17 April, and we are currently seeking
clarification from the Home Office as to what this will mean for students who
have already taken TOEFL. It looks possible that students who have already
taken TOEFL may be exempted from this rule – that is, they may still be able
to use their test to apply for a visa for 2014. But this has not yet been
confirmed, so we are waiting for clarification before advising students. We
hope to have this soon, and will let you (and all students in a similar
situation) know as soon as we can.

看起来是有机会2014年还可以用TOEFL.
