The contract ends at the end of August 2013, however there is the possibility to extend it for the new academic year 2013/14. IQ accommodation is located in Bath Row, very close to the city centre (10 minutes) and to Five Ways train station (4 minutes) and only one stop away from the University. The area is nice and well served. Within walking distance you'll find: broad Street (pubs, clubs etc.) Tesco, Cineworld, Pure Gym, .Health Centre. My flat is on the 4th floor (which is actually the first floor), with a nice view of the canal. Ideal for couples or singles. Double bed, private bathroom, kitchen and microwave.
