You must get this information from your Tier 4 如果是来自低风险国家的申请者就可以不要附,但我的申请不在台湾也不在英国 是从荷兰寄到英国申请,所以我自认我不是属於低风险国家申请者 但学校的cass statement上说 Confirmation of the award of a Bachelors degree from xxx University, Taiwan and a Masters degree from xxx University, Netherlands. English: We have assessed this students English language ability and confirm that it is equivalent to CEFR Level B2 or higher in each of the four components of language learning. No additional documents are required to be submitted as evidence of their English Language ability 看起来是不需要提供雅思成绩单正本,但我需要提供毕业证书嘛？ 我从荷兰申请,学校之前就叫我寄过毕业证书给他们看过又寄回来 这样我还需要提供成绩单及毕业证书正本嘛？ 谢谢 --
