标题[问题] 雅思的"electronic result service?"

不知道这是不是一个蠢问题?!
原本是写信去问学校成绩的问题，
学校叫我先送成绩过去，
please contact them and ask them to send the score to us through the IELTS
electronic notification system, there is no fee for this.
那天又去考雅思的时候，问了IDP的试务人员，
他说他们没有在用Email送IELTS成绩的。
所以想说，有没有人知道这个所谓的IELTS electronic notification system?
