标题[问题] 关於BATH 申请

各位大大好!
我是预计今年要到英国攻读行销研究所的同学....
在去年11月初我有参加BATH来台的面谈，现场的学校代表当场给了我一封
recommendation letter,信上内容是这样的：
I am pleased to recommend you will be made a conditional offer
for the MSc Marketing based on scoring a minimum of 7 overall in IELTS.
If you have not yet applied to the University please complete the online
application form,ensuring you upload all the required documents,including
a scan of this letter.
Please note you will not be able to issue you with a formal offer unless
you have submitted the following documents with your application:
"Transcripts to date and certificates where applicable
"One academic reference
"IELTS or TOEFL certificate (if available)
"Personal Statement
"Scan of this letter
I will inform the Admissions Tutor of my recommendation to make you a
conditional/unconditional offer for the MSc Marketing however the decision
will be made by Admissions Tutor. Please note the Admissions Tutors decision
is final.
You can track the progress of your application online, using the username
and password which will be sent to you by email when you start the application
process.

听那边的代办表示，这位学校代表是个很严谨的人，不会轻易随便给推荐函，所以只要他
推荐了几乎可以等於OK了。於是在去年11月底左右，我就已经提出正式申请，不过至今却
仍未有正式回函，写信去询问...他们则表示因为英国这阵子天气不佳，大雪纷飞，加上
今年申请人数暴增，所以请我们给他们多一点审核时间，请我们耐心等待.....
但是！我的第二志愿EXETER请我在3/2就要回覆给他们入学意愿.....
而我二月底即将要参加IELTS考试...现在实在很烦恼！！
不知道我的第一志愿BATH是否到时会有变卦....可以请板上大大提供经验或建议吗?
