I went to LSE and I applied on my own. Based my understanding of the process and the structure of the school, what your agent told you is questionable. First of all, at LSE we don't have a physical "admission office". One may call the admission phone line and speak to someone,but I seriously cast doubt on the allege "coordination" or contact between your agent and LSE. LSE is highly bureaucratic and wouldn't go out of their ways to work with certain consulting services; they have enough top applicants to screen already. I will suggest you to call the phone line +44 (0)20 7955 7160 as soon as possible and explain your situation to them. The thing about no LSE4U code sounds bogus to me.
