标题[问题] 请问牛津大学申请英文要求

小弟最近再准备申请学校
TOEFL太晚考，虽然考的还可接受，但才102分，没时间重考，也不想重考
该学程要求：
4. The applicant can show a proficiency in English language - usually a
degree from an English-speaking institution or a submission of an certificate
in English language - IELTS certificate with a score of 7.5, or
TOEFL score of 630 (267 in the new computer-based test or 109 in the
Internet-based TOEFL)
>< 109很难耶! 我觉得TOEFL口说部分根本没有一定分数标准
第一次考只答3/6题跟第二次考6题全答，且答的很详细，分数竟然一样！
（第二次有点怀疑是考试硬体设备有问题）

看来得走跟教授通信来进牛津了，只是很难拿到奖学金
