单纯的想法" failure to invoice shipments"，是指已销货但是有
漏寄发票的情形，而要测试发票是否有寄出，从AR总档去抽样，因为
这边并没有提及有销货漏认列的问题，所以可假设AR总档是完整的，
由AR的样本中去核对是否有开发票、寄送〈基本发票都会有留底联，
邮寄会有清单〉，所以应该是C选项。
(A) 只能检验是否邮寄地址不正确
(B) 提单，是在确认是否有未出货但是认列销货吧?
(D) 只会包含已开的发票
