二、加速处置各类申请案件，定期维护组务看板秩序，以利组内看板运作。
三、审理组务各类申诉检举，以公正客观为原则，以协调板主与使用者之纠纷。
四、对於自身利益相关之案件，一律回避转交上级处置。
五、对於组内板主适时给予协助或建议，维持良好沟通关系。
