hi Ian, Please kindly advise the followings: 1) Has or has not the new constitution drafted by Joseph Chen in October 2019 has been well being advised in the group that you managing. 2) Has or has not you noticed the new board applications by Felix in Jan 2021 a nd by me in Apr 2021 under the group that in your surveillance? 3) Has or has not you played your role appropriately by giving adequate advice to Felix, myself, and more than 115 members of PTT that the new board applica tion has omitted part due to the new constitution wasn’t well monitoring and implementing by yourself? 4) Has or has not you had given the advices above on time? 5) Has or has not you rectify the problem when the new board application in pl ace in January 2021? 6) Has or has not you override the power that your superior granted to you, an d t he democratic result after the co-sign completion, in expressing your own view that the US_Stock board shouldn’t be opened as there is already a “Stock” board? What’s the protocol you have to express this personal view by derelict ion of duty and to influence the members? 7) Have you looked into yourself in the mirror everyday? What kind of person h ave we finally been? Gorgeously helping people to achieve their successes and create more happiness to community, or prickly and carping? 8) If you have any experience in western countries, this kind of application i s always to be granted green light, although there is flawed part due to commu nication error. As a commissioner, evaluating the purpose and outcome, confirm ing its good to people and community, willing to 成全 a good thing to be happe ning, making a small exception is very common in western countries. 9) I believe you are a law practitioner in someway, let me share with you the following, the law you have been studying is based on the British law, how cou ld you ignore the Essence and the Principles of the law and pursuing to be an annoying cherry picker instead? 10.
