标题[请问] 1080p影片问题

各位大大好，在下有问题想请教
就是在观看1080p的影片时会有顿的情况
cpu都在70~80之间有时会到90
我是用置底文的mpc 跟 kmp 在加上coreavc 1.8
请问有甚麽方法可以降低cpu效能吗
观看的影片大都是x264 or h264
配备是
cpu 4800+
ram ddr2-2g
显卡 asus 3650
MB m56s-s3
