标题请问出现VBV Buffer Underflow has occurred怎麽处理?

刚用let's edit剪出来一段影片，
想把它转成mpeg1的格式(输出avi的话一般播放器会有编码的问题)
可是都会出现VBV Buffer Underflow has occurred而无法成功啭档
请问有方法可以解决吗
