标题[请问] 抓下来的avi影片无法顺利拨放

昨天抓好了新的网球比赛
用mpc播放
却显示对话框
"this AVI file was not prepared for sequential reading,
the alternative "Avi Splitter" will now let the default
one handle it.
The complete reinterleaving of this file is strongly recommended
before burning it onto aslow media like cd-rom."
还有一个红色线条和蓝色线条的曲线图= =?
然後画面就只能停格看
就是画面不会播放
但是时间轴拉到哪里 就会显示那里的画面...
用windows media player或者realplayer也是一样
请问一下这该怎麽办呀@_@
