标题[请问] 关於premiere的影像输出问题

因为工作的需要.最近在学premiere软体.
不过遇到了一些问题.
希望版上有人能帮忙解答.
先谢谢.
我要将剪好的影像输出
按了file→export→adobe media encoder
输入我要的格式後却跳出一个error的视窗
写『 audio upmixing is not allowed.cancelling the operation 』
使我无法输入剪好的影像.
我有试过用其他的电脑剪同样的素材.
有两种状况:有时候就可以输出,有时候却会跳出跟上面一样的视窗出来.
这个问题困扰了很久.
请问该如何解决??
