标题[请问] VLC - streaming out - group option

请问当我利用vlc当streaming server且利用UDP unicast
时, 有一个option叫group,它在spec中的解释叫做
udp: streams to a UDP unicast or multicast address.
Item options are: caching=<time in ms> to set the time VLC should buffer data before sending,
group=<amount of packets> to sent packets by burst instead of one by one,
我想请问的是,如果有一个streaming的bitrate是2048kbps,但是
真正在看时,一开始的bitrate会冲上大於2048kbps很多, 然後开始
恢复平均值到2048kbps,这个现像是因为group这一个option所造成的吗?
请问它的目的是为了能快速填满client的buffer吗?
还有它的预设值是多少呢?
