Reports in Italy linked the 29-year-old with moves to Juventus and Fiorentina but the Algerian-born stopper admits he would like to move to Florence to link up with his old Parma pals Cesare Prandelli and Alberto Gilardino. “There has only been a minor chat with Fiorentina and to be honest I would love to wear the Viola shirt ,” Ferrari told Radio Blu. “However, I have not yet made any decision over concrete offers and I will need a little time. “At Fiorentina I would be re-united with Prandelli and Gilardino who I have always found myself well with.” The Viola are currently strengthening their squad in light of next seasons Champions League commitments and Ferrari would be a welcome addition given his experience in the competition.
