标题[新闻] 罗马缘何突然否认收购 谈判失败还是为讨价还价

罗马俱乐部控股公司意大利石油(Italpetroli SpA)於意大利当地时间星期
一发布了一份与外资收购罗马俱乐部有关的公告。公告中否认意大利石油公
司已经接到任何来自外国财团或者潜在收购者的关於收购罗马俱乐部报价。
关於罗马俱乐部即将被外资收购的消息，近期被意大利媒体炒的沸沸扬扬。
据《罗马体育报》透露，除美国亿万富翁乔治-索罗斯报价2.5亿欧元收购罗
马俱乐部以外，来自中东的阿联酋王室成员阿尔马克图姆(Sheikh
Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum)同样有意入主红狼。据悉，阿拉伯人的
报价甚至高达3.7亿欧元。针对以上传闻，罗马俱乐部的控股公司意大利石
油今天发布了一份公告来否认类似的传闻。
意大利石油公司在这份公告中表示：「没有收到任何来自（外国财团）或者
媒体所猜测的潜在买家的报价。」并特别强调「没有接到来自阿联酋王室的
报价」。这份公告同时表示，此前媒体关於罗马将被收购的猜测都是毫无根
据的。
上周五意大利石油公司同样就罗马收购一事发布过一份公告。公告中声称，
「罗马俱乐部已经同潜在的买家进行过一次会谈，但是双方还未达成任何协
议。」据悉，作为索罗斯代表的霍洛维茨和豪尔这次会谈之後认为这桩收购
即将完成。正当球迷认为罗马将成功被美国人收购之际，森西家族的私人律
师乔瓦尼接受媒体采访时表示，「他（索罗斯）的报价并没有让我们满意，
我们需要时间考虑。另一家财团对我们有意。」乔瓦尼的这一表态表明索罗
斯同罗马的首轮会谈宣告失败。而今天发布的这条公告除了表明意大利石油
公司未收到报价之外，着重强调了未收到来自阿联酋的报价。这点是否表明
意大利石油是否有意重新开启同索罗斯的谈判呢？让我们拭目以待。 (本文

No offer for Roma

Italpetroli, the company owned by the Sensi family with a majority
holding stake in Roma, has denied receiving a bid for the Giallorossi.
Representatives of billionaire George Soros reportedly met with Roma
officials last week, only to have a bid of between ￡160m and ￡200m
rejected amid interest from a third, possibly Arab, party.
Italpetroli today moved to reject those reports and quash rumours that
a proposal has even been received, let alone rejected.

Not one offer has been formalised on the behalf of a foreign subject.
Therefore, all the reports that have appeared in the Press in the last
few days regarding the rejection of an offer are without foundation.
「
Italpetroli would like to take this opportunity to confirm, contrary
to how much has been reported, that we have not received an offer from
the Royal Family of the Arab Emirates.
「
Nor has there been any contact with their delegates with respect to
the sale of our controlling stake,」 announced an official statement.
Roma had been expected to be sold given that Italpetroli, the company
which owns 67 per cent of the Giallorossi, is currently over ￡300m
in debt.
