标题[心得] 宿网

看来有不少人常常抓东西时被锁，
我在这大约说明一下宿网的规则。
1. 2000 MB per day. ( include outcoming and incoming )
2. 3000 connections per 5 mins. ( = 10 conns per sec )
3. any actions look like virus, ex: scan ip, mail spam ..
1是超过上限，2跟3都是流量异常。
