标题[AOE2] 自制小程式 显示玩家积分

因为常常想在打的时候知道对手积分
所以写了这个小程式来用

更改aoe.bat里面的steamID就可用了
2014-04-18 更新: 增加可以显示不同语言，修复某些地图会坏掉的bug
