These data sets have now been posted on the IOI 2004 website. See under Competition / Tasks: <http://www.ioi2004.org/html/competition_test3.html> The data is stored in a single text file for each task. The format is simple to understand: Lines with task configuration info look like "-- x <...>", Input lines for test case <i> are preceded by the line "-- <i> in" Output lines for test case <i> are preceded by the line "-- <i> out" You can also download the data from <http://olympiads.win.tue.nl/ioi/ioi2004/contest/> When I find some time (or if someone sends me a prepared archive), I will publish test cases split into separate files.
