Dear each team,
During the contest:
1. For each foreign team, we offer 4 free rooms in total, and each
room can accommodate 4 students.
2. For each Taiwanese team, we offer 2 free rooms in total, and each
room can accommodate 4 students.
Please inform us the details of your accommodation, then we could make
reservations for you.
(ex: the name of team, the date of stay, etc...)
If your team needs extra room for the coach, please inform us then we
could make reservation for her/ him.
But he/ she needs to pay on his/ her own.
