: F 题是 binary input 在 Winows 下用 stdin 输入会出错.
: 以後如果再遇到这样的输入要改用 file input
题目都不难, 有几题没给输入值上下限
test data 也都很小

xor 编码, 给 cithertext, 已知 plaintext 是英文, 且 key 字母不重复
求 plaintext
题目没明确定义何谓英文, test data 也很差
