标题[公告] Prof. Hsu's talk on programming contest

Prof. 徐赞昇 will give a talk this coming Saturday about programming contest.
As far as I understand him, he will give a great lecture on this topic, which
he is very very familar with. I strongly encourage you to attend his talk.
I haven't seen the official announcement from 计中 yet but it should be
around 2pm and it will be held in 计中.
