The captain, who was born and bred in the Tuscan city, has been linked with a move away for some time now due to his difficult relationship with President Aldo Spinelli. The player, who was sidelined through suspension over the weekend, was invited by a group of Ultras to join them on the Curva for the match with Palermo, but he chose to decline. 「I don't want to run the risk of it being used by the media.
