我在德国亚马逊购买电子零组件，直寄台湾 起初下订後帐号被锁了，请我传认证资料， 验证完帐号解锁，但是订单被取消， 有写说被银行拒绝，後来有联络银行，银行认为高风险拒绝 有请他们开通，重刷还是被取消，有换卡甚至用签帐卡， 还买了礼品卡想说部分用礼品卡余额用刷的， 结果订单都被取消，写信给客服，收到回信: Thank you for contacting Amazon.de I trust this email finds you well. I am sorry to learn the item keeps getting cancelled as you purchase, this is due to the name on the account and difference in name on the credit card. Amazon and your bank is not approving this purchase and in most cases you will be prompted to send us verification documents. Please ensure names match and kindly note in terms of the gift card your verification is under review so at the moment you will not be able to use the gift card to purchase with the gift card. I trust my assistance is well received. Thank you. 好像是说我帐号跟信用卡名字不一样，我才去改我帐号基本资料， 而且好像说我得礼品卡暂时不能用?我後续有问银行 银行那边表示他们只收到一笔(时间约为第一笔) 所以可以确认後面订单都是亚马逊直接取消的，後续该怎麽办? -- 补充： 我看我礼品卡管理那边显示 https://i.imgur.com/rVX5GPj.jpeg 这是代表在审核吗？
