標題[文法] to there? near there ?

堂妹問了我一題看似簡單的題目，沒想到卻回答不出來真是慚愧....
選擇題:
1. The dog is running to there.
2. The dog is running on there.
3. The dog is running in there.
4. The dog is running near there.
正確答案是4，第2、3可以很容易分辨出錯誤
所以她就問我為什麼 1. to there 不行?? 乍看之下我真的也找不出哪裡有問題
所以懇請各位幫忙解惑一下
