#1VJoQSPS (home-sale)
公告中所載tai0235之行為，又查二帳號聯絡資訊相同，推定為同一人持有或使用，
同該公告之處分，處水桶五十六日、文章全數刪除。
若行為人未來再有「實價登錄資訊空白或不全」、「營業員資訊空白或不全」、
「超額張貼」或其它不當張貼賣屋文之行為，則依「多重帳號累犯」相關規定處斷。
horaman發表之賣屋文，其應記資訊中，坪數未詳實填記，惟僅土地持分未詳載，
違反本板使用規範第八條第三項，情節輕微，處警告一次、文章刪除。
