一、主文
ZhuBeiCity
水桶144日、
違規文章退文1篇、
刪除4篇。
二、說明
ZhuBeiCity以[閒聊]分類發表含有「買屋意圖」之文字且附上聯絡方式，
應視為「以[買]以外之文章分類發表買屋文」違反本板使用規範第十四條第三項
第二款第一目；其於本板多次發表以不當用詞貶低數個特定地區人民及文化素養之文字，
且業經本板多次以刪除文章方式責令其不得引戰地區，詎料其無視於勸導執意為之，
現就使用者所檢舉之文章二篇與推薦值小於負十之文章二篇合計四篇，
依違反本板使用規範第十一條第三項處斷。
前開二行為分別依
#1RM8WsqV (home-sale)第四點第二項第一款與第三點第一項第四款，
處水桶九十日及四次水桶十四日，合計處一百四十四日、退文一篇。

原處分時間應為 146 日，然本板當時計算錯誤，考量其造成影響甚小，
