标题[讨论] Singtel能用app开卡吗？

如题
去年买了一张Singtel的卡
当时没用到也没开卡到今年十一月底过期
刚好有个朋友明年一月要去新加坡出差拿给他用
但不知道能不能用app登陆开卡呢？
卡片上是写开卡後能使用120天
