标题[讨论] 用14天城堡卡预约新天鹅堡门票

因为针对这个问题搜寻许多资料，
但似乎没有一定说法
最後我寄信去问新天鹅堡的售票处
我的问题是如果我用14天票能不能又预约新天鹅堡票
如果现场买票，能不能走预约走道
依照对方答覆，
可以直接预约，到时候拿预约的确认信，走预约走道，再拿14天票给对方看
就可以换到票，但仍须付预约手续费。
不知道是否有理解错误？
他给我的答覆如下
14-days-ticket is available in each administrative office of bavarian
castles, also in our Ticket Center Hohenschwangau.
Please make note, that this ticket includes the visit of Neuschwanstein
Castle but not Hohenschwangau Castle ( Private Castle ).
You can make a reservation through our website
www.ticket-center-hohenschwangau.de to get firm admission time in advance.
We will send you a confirmation via email first with regular price.
Upon arrival please show us your 14-days-ticket at our casher, you will get
free entrance ticket for castle Neuschwanstein and you pay only the
reservation fee (and the entrance fee of Hohenschwangau Castle).
